After the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier, with which I was never satisfied (battery lasted 1 day, GPS that never worked), I ended up with this one.
Owner for about 2 months:
+ The watch measures a lot and (I believe) accurately
+ GPS signal is "excellent"
+ User-friendly menus. Many options and watch faces
+ Battery depending on usage, 4-7 days
+ It hasn’t suffered from any knocks. I did put a screen protector on, of course. But the body is unaffected.
+ Screen with excellent brightness, day and night
+ Relatively strong beeper and very good and adjustable vibration
+ Relatively large screen but not huge. (I have presbyopia, the size is quite satisfactory)
+ Amazfit responds to emails and relatively quickly
+ Very easy mobile app
- I noticed it’s a bit lacking in accuracy. With many tests regarding the sensitivity of automatic activity recognition, when I’m on the motorcycle it thinks I’m cycling.
(with the Samsung I never had this specific problem).
So I disabled cycling from automatic activity recognition.
- It doesn’t have a speaker/microphone but you probably can’t have both water resistance and a microphone. So you can’t make calls on speakerphone.
- It doesn’t have NFC (personally I don’t care)

Finally, I don’t know how it compares to the new Trex 3. Probably the Trex 3 will be superior at least in price, since I got the Ultra for 380.
I’ll return in the future with an updated review.
December 2025: More than 1 year later:
Fully satisfied. The battery is superb. It lasts at least 5 days with plenty of use/activity. It even reaches about 7 days with around 15% battery left.
It does more than what I want.
Of course, it doesn’t have a microphone and loudspeaker for calls, but I suppose that makes the watch more rugged since I’m not sure about the durability of similar watches in contact with water (and seawater).

- Υστερεί διαπίστωσα λίγο στην ακρίβεια. Με πολλές δοκιμές αναφορικά με την ευαισθησία αυτόματης αναγνώρισης δραστηριότητας, όταν είμαι στη μηχανή θεωρεί ότι κάνω ποδήλατο.
(με το Samsung ποτέ δεν είχα το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα).
Οπότε απενεργοποίησα την ποδηλασία από την αυτόματη αναγνώριση δραστηριότητας.
- Δεν έχει μεγάφωνο/μικρόφωνο αλλά μάλλον δε μπορείς να έχεις και χρήση στη θάλασσα και μικρόφωνο. Οπότε δε μπορείς να κάνεις κλήση με ανοικτή ακρόαση.
- Δεν έχει NFC (προσωπικά δε με νοιάζει)
Όπως ανέφερε και άλλος χρήστης :

Τέλος, δε ξέρω συγκριτικά με το νέο Trex 3 πως είναι. Μάλλον το Trex 3 θα υπερέχει τουλάχιστον σε τιμή, καθότι το Ultra το πήρα στα 380.
Θα επανέλθω στο μέλλον με επικαιροποιημένο review.

Πλήρως ευχαριστημένος. Η μπαταρία είναι σούπερ. Κρατάει τουλάχιστον 5 ημέρες με αρκετή χρήση/δραστηριότητα. Φτάνει μέχρι και τις 7 περίπου στο 15% της μπαταρίας να υπολείπεται.
Κάνει περισσότερα από αυτά που θέλω.
Δεν έχει βέβαια μικρόφωνο και loudspeaker για κλήσεις, αλλά υποθέτω πως αυτό κάνει το ρολόι και πιο rugged καθότι δεν είμαι σίγουρος για την ανθεκτικότητα των αντίστοιχων ρολογιών σε επαφή με το νερό (και το θαλασσινό).

Finally, I don’t know how it compares to the new Trex 3. Probably the Trex 3 will be superior at least in price, since I got the Ultra for 380.

December 2025: More than 1 year later:
Fully satisfied. The battery is superb. It lasts at least 5 days with plenty of use/activity. It even reaches about 7 days with around 15% battery left.
It does more than what I want.
Of course, it doesn’t have a microphone and loudspeaker for calls, but I suppose that makes the watch more rugged since I’m not sure about the durability of similar watches in contact with water (and seawater).
Μετά από Samsung Gear S3 Frontier με το οποίο ποτέ δεν ήμουν ευχαριστημένος (μπαταρία 1 μέρα, GPS που δεν έπιανε), κατέληξα σε αυτό.
Κάτοχος του για περίπου 2 μήνες :
+ Το ρολόι μετράει πολλά και (θεωρώ) και με ακρίβεια
+ GPS στίγμα "καμπάνα"
+ Εύχρηστα μενού. Πολλές επιλογές και watch faces
+ Μπαταρία αναλόγως χρήσης, 4-7 ημέρες,
+ Σε χτυπήματα δεν έχει καταλάβει τίποτα. Στην οθόνη έβαλα βέβαια μια μεμβράνη. Αλλά το σώμα δεν καταλαβαίνει τίποτα.
+ Οθόνη με άριστη φωτεινότητα, νύχτα-μέρα
+ Δυνατό σχετικά beeper και πολύ καλή και ρυθμιζόμενη δόνηση
+ Σχετικά μεγάλη οθόνη αλλά όχι τεράστια. (έχω πρεσβυωπία, είναι αρκετά ικανοποιητικό το μέγεθος)
+ Η Amazfit απαντά στα emails και σχετικά άμεσα
+ Πολύ εύκολη εφαρμογή κινητού
- Υστερεί διαπίστωσα λίγο στην ακρίβεια. Με πολλές δοκιμές αναφορικά με την ευαισθησία αυτόματης αναγνώρισης δραστηριότητας, όταν είμαι στη μηχανή θεωρεί ότι κάνω ποδήλατο.
(με το Samsung ποτέ δεν είχα το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα).
Οπότε απενεργοποίησα την ποδηλασία από την αυτόματη αναγνώριση δραστηριότητας.
- Δεν έχει μεγάφωνο/μικρόφωνο αλλά μάλλον δε μπορείς να έχεις και χρήση στη θάλασσα και μικρόφωνο. Οπότε δε μπορείς να κάνεις κλήση με ανοικτή ακρόαση.
- Δεν έχει NFC (προσωπικά δε με νοιάζει)
Όπως ανέφερε και άλλος χρήστης :
> Λουράκια ελπίζω να βρω από εξωτερικό (μαζί με κατσαβιδάκι)
> Για service δε ξέρω. Πιο πολύ φοβάμαι για τη διάρκεια ζωής της μπαταρίας.
> Θεωρητικά είναι αδιάβροχο και σε θαλασσινό νερό. Η αλήθεια είναι πως θα το αποφύγω. Αν δεν αντέξω, τουλάχιστον θα το ξεπλύνω μετά με γλυκό νερό, όπως έχω διαβάσει ότι πρέπει.
Επιπλέον :
> Βαρύ, καταλαβαίνεις ό,τι το φοράς. Δεν το ψάχνεις. Δεν είναι απαραίτητα κακό αυτό.
> Δεν έχω βρει ακόμη αν και πως μπορώ να το έχω συνδεδεμένο με το κινητό αλλά και με BT handsfree και να μπορώ να δω την κλήση στο ρολόι αλλά να μιλήσω από το handsfree...
Θα ρωτήσω την εταιρεία σχετικά...
Τέλος, δε ξέρω συγκριτικά με το νέο Trex 3 πως είναι. Μάλλον το Trex 3 θα υπερέχει τουλάχιστον σε τιμή, καθότι το Ultra το πήρα στα 380.
Θα επανέλθω στο μέλλον με επικαιροποιημένο review.

Πλήρως ευχαριστημένος. Η μπαταρία είναι σούπερ. Κρατάει τουλάχιστον 5 ημέρες με αρκετή χρήση/δραστηριότητα. Φτάνει μέχρι και τις 7 περίπου στο 15% της μπαταρίας να υπολείπεται.
Κάνει περισσότερα από αυτά που θέλω.
Δεν έχει βέβαια μικρόφωνο και loudspeaker για κλήσεις, αλλά υποθέτω πως αυτό κάνει το ρολόι και πιο rugged καθότι δεν είμαι σίγουρος για την ανθεκτικότητα των αντίστοιχων ρολογιών σε επαφή με το νερό (και το θαλασσινό).
I bought it in 6/2023, I wear it 24/7 and overall I am very satisfied with its use.

+ Stainless steel case.
+ Battery life of over 2 weeks with training mode every 3 days.
- Suitable for swimming, even has a DEPTH METER for light dives.
+ Very durable against impacts. It has no scratches despite accidental bumps on doors/handles, etc.
+ Regular updates and countless watch faces so you don't get bored.
NEGATIVES:
- Service??? I need a repairman here..., straps???
- No microphone/speaker, only notification and call rejection.
- Does not support NFC payments.

+ Ατσάλινο κέλυφος.
+ Διάρκεια μπαταρίας πάνω από 2 εβδομάδες με λειτουργία προπόνησης μια στις 3 μέρες.
- Είναι κατάλληλο για κολύμβηση, διαθέτει μάλιστα και ΒΥΘΟΜΕΤΡΟ για light καταδύσεις.
+ Πολύ ανθεκτικό στα χτυπήματα. Δεν έχει καμία γρατζουνιά παρόλα τα άγαρμπα κοπανήματα σε πόρτες/χερούλια κτλ.
+ Συχνά update και άπειρα watchface για να μη βαριέσαι

Very good value for its price, accurate measurements, comfortable and easy to wear on the wrist even though I usually prefer larger watches. Excellent build quality and quite durable. After the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier, with which I was never satisfied (battery lasted 1 day, GPS that never worked), I ended up with this one.
Owner for about 2 months:
+ The watch measures a lot and (I believe) accurately
+ GPS signal is "excellent"
+ User-friendly menus. Many options and watch faces
+ Battery depending on usage, 4-7 days
+ It hasn’t suffered from any knocks. I did put a screen protector on, of course. But the body is unaffected.
+ Screen with excellent brightness, day and night
+ Relatively strong beeper and very good and adjustable vibration
+ Relatively large screen but not huge. (I have presbyopia, the size is quite satisfactory)
+ Amazfit responds to emails and relatively quickly
+ Very easy mobile app
- I noticed it’s a bit lacking in accuracy. With many tests regarding the sensitivity of automatic activity recognition, when I’m on the motorcycle it thinks I’m cycling.
(with the Samsung I never had this specific problem).
So I disabled cycling from automatic activity recognition.
- It doesn’t have a speaker/microphone but you probably can’t have both water resistance and a microphone. So you can’t make calls on speakerphone.
- It doesn’t have NFC (personally I don’t care)
As another user mentioned:
