Στο κουτάκι γράφει: "...ιδανικά μαζί με κάποιο γεύμα"
Η Β12 γενικά απορροφάται καλύτερα με άδειο στομάχι.
Εμένα μου είχε πει ο φαρμακοποιός μου το μεσημέρι μετά το φαγητό, κάτω από την γλώσσα.
Εγώ το έπερνα όποτε θυμόμουν
