Very good product, but there is no magnesium as stated in the title....

I used it for a 5th Metatarsal fracture, the tuberosity eventually healed completely in a year after I monitored it with three CT scans (these concern the apex (tuberosity) of the base of the 5th metatarsal and have a good prognosis regarding the healing of the fracture). I discovered it after six months, bought 4 boxes, and I believe it accelerated the process, because why not take it since it contains calcium and D anyway; I also combined it with K2. As for the lemonade flavor, it didn't bother me.

It was recommended to us by the physiotherapist and the orthopedist after ankle surgery on my 16-year-old daughter.

I got it for my mother since it is aimed at older women with osteoporosis. She can't drink it. The dose is too large and it is like chalk when mixed with water, that's how she described it to me. In the end, she drinks half a packet until it's finished
