  • Purchased from Skoop (used section) for 40€ brand new, unused, sealed in its box for an upgrade from 16GB to a total of 32GB in a new gaming laptop (ASUS V16 V3607VU with Core 5 210H and nVidia RTX 4050).

It worked on the first try in the system, passed the RAM Test in the BIOS Diagnostics, and worked together with an SK Hynix at 5600MHz, making a total of 32GB DDR5 @ 5600MHz.

Obviously, on such a machine, or if you have something even more powerful and only have 16GB of RAM and run games or video editing programs, you should make this upgrade to 32GB. Since 16GB of RAM is now for basic use on a modern computer.
In some cases, 16GB will be an issue and Windows will use space from the SSD as Virtual RAM, which will cause premature wear on the SSD's write cycles along with delays in the operating system.
