The single-variety grape distillate from the Mouchtero variety is the flagship of the Lost Lake Distillery.

It is produced in limited quantities, with the fermentation and distillation of whole Mouchtero grapes. The grapes are not pressed, allowing the juice to express the character of the variety. Particularly aromatic, with sweet aromas of strawberry and fig, a smooth and buttery mouthfeel, with a long finish.
