Nostos Pure passionflower is intended for making an herbal infusion and has relaxing and sleep-promoting properties. For one cup, add one teaspoon to water at 80–90 °C, cover the cup for 5–8 minutes, then strain.
The infusion can be enjoyed with honey, milk or lemon. To preserve the herb, store it in a glass jar in a cool, dark, shaded place. If you are pregnant or taking medication or dietary supplements, consult a doctor before consuming.
