    SUBJECT: Very bad experience, disappointing product and inadequate service

    The product we received was in poor condition and incomplete. The description states that 4 accessories are included, however there was only 1 inside. The packaging was already opened, which is unacceptable for a product related to oral hygiene.

    Additionally, the charging cable was dirty and blackened, while the plastic of the product had scratches. There was no CE marking or any other European certification, which raises concerns about the safety and legality of the product.

    We immediately contacted Skroutz and the store for a refund or replacement, as provided by the right of withdrawal within 14 days. The response we received from the store was that "it was our choice and that's what we saw – that's what we bought." Even though we followed up, explaining again that accessories were missing and the product did not meet specifications, we received no further response.

    Our experience was negative both with the product and the service. There was no willingness to resolve the issue from either the store or Skroutz.

    We do not recommend purchasing this product — we received it incomplete, opened, and without the necessary certifications.
