How to Use:

  • While sitting in a chair, attach your foot to the ankle strap.
  • The Knee Rope Pulley cord starts from the ankle strap, passes through a pulley, and ends at a wooden handle.
  • Gently pull your foot upward by moving the handle toward your stomach to create a rotational movement in your knee.
  • The length of the cord can be adjusted at the handle.

The Knee Rope Pulley is available in a package with a pulley, wooden handle, ankle strap, nylon cord, and a door mount base.
