    For a mobile phone with a 5000mAh battery, it provides about 3 to 3.5 charges (15% - 100%). It has relatively fast charging at 20W (although the number is not impressive, it charges satisfactorily fast).
    It itself takes quite a while to charge but it is within reasonable limits.
    The only negative is its weight. (it's not terrible, just in no case would you call it light)

The only negatives are its weight, which makes it a "burden" for everyday use or if you are traveling and don't have a bag, and its slow charging (with a 65W charger it takes 5 hours to charge from the first bar).
