Jarrow Formulas' Alpha Lipoic Sustain® is designed with advanced Sustain dual-layer tablets, combining 1/3 Quick Release and 2/3 Sustained Release forms, to increase and maintain ALA levels in the blood with gradual release.

The formula is enriched with biotin.

Usage instructions:

• Take 1 tablespoon daily, on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
• Can be mixed into coffee or tea, added to smoothies, shakes, dressings, or sauces, or poured over food.
• DO NOT use for frying, due to its low flash point.
