It arrived in torn packaging, the strap was full of scratches and the color had come off in many places!
Also, the bracelet is not adjustable, you can't make it smaller or larger.

The black color easily fades away. The size specifically is not good for me because if I remove one, it is tight and vice versa it is loose.

First of all, let me inform you that it's fantastic and I think it's worth more than its price, no doubt about it. It looks exactly as it appears in the photo and overall, it gives a different style to the Apple watch!

As for shortening it, you will need to use a material that is compact so that it can push from one side only to pass the pin outwards. Generally, it requires a little force and caution, but otherwise, you don't need anything else. I used an iron metal that we find to remove the sim from mobile phones with a small pair of pliers..

Good value for money. It fastens "nicely", in the same way as the genuine one. It is indeed a bit difficult to resize it without specialized tools, but with a small nail or even a safety pin (and a little patience) it can be done (there are detailed instructions on YouTube). It doesn't have the sturdiness that traditional watch bracelets have. This is somewhat negative in terms of appearance, but positive in terms of weight (it is lightweight). Overall, the quality is not bad, but I believe that over time it will gradually start to lose its color, especially in areas where it rubs against. Finally, I confirm that it does make a slight noise when vibrating, although perhaps only the wearer notices it.

It does not have a tool/extractor for removing the fuses so that you can shorten it. With a connector, I managed to remove the two fuses I wanted from one side, but on the other side, I have been struggling with one or the other for hours now! And other fuses that I tried to remove for testing, apart from the one I wanted, are equally tight.

It's probably hit or miss, and if you don't have the extractor, don't buy it, otherwise it's value for money.
