MEDICINE BALL

The YAKIMASPORT SLAM BALL is a high-strength ball made of thick soft rubber, filled with synthetic sand, designed to be slammed dynamically to the ground. It is used during intense Crossfit training.

Made entirely of rubber, it is more practical than the leather versions, where the seams often break. It is waterproof, allowing for outdoor training. The specially selected rubber combined with the sand filling prevents the ball from bouncing off the ground.

The entire surface of the ball features protrusions shaped into a non-slip tread, facilitating grip and ensuring movement precision and comfort during dynamic exercises. The balls are available in different weights, with versions from 2 to 10 kg being suitable for beginners.
