    In short, this vacuum simply doesn't do the job. On the normal setting, it sucks up nothing but dust; you have to put it on turbo to pick up anything else. I had it charging for over 12 hours and still couldn't vacuum even half the house. Also, the rollers on the base do not touch the floor; the only parts that do are the felt pads on the base, resulting in everything getting stuck in the wheels and the felt pads. Additionally, it is very heavy; I am disabled and it feels too heavy for me, but it might not be a problem for someone else. Besides that, the on/off switch is on the handle underneath, and you have to twist one finger to avoid accidentally turning it off. Furthermore, the felt pads on the base are on a spool, which doesn't fit well, and the pads roll and come off while vacuuming. I would not recommend it at all; I received it yesterday and requested a return today.
