I am using it for 6 months. With my bad back and a lot of sitting computer job it is a must. You can adjust it to your height and neck plus upper back massage is good. But to reach lower back is not easy and in normal sitting position almost impossible. For it's money the effect is good, especially in the morning if one has difficulty to move after night's sleep.

The vibration in the seat is okay if it doesn't make any difference in use, or at least I don't notice it. The heating is okay. I wouldn't buy it again. I would look for something better. Nevertheless, if it's the max budget, it's a decent choice

It has vibration in the seat. Shiatsu and rolling massage on the back, with or without heating. It has 4 "balls" that rotate. In the rolling, they narrow-widen depending on the length of the back. You can stop it at a specific point or let it do the whole back. After 15 minutes, it turns off and needs a little break to start working again. It also has a cover if someone wants a gentler massage, but I haven't used it since I want it strong. I've had it for about a month and I'm very satisfied, as I recover very quickly from daily workouts. It doesn't particularly reach the arms if you sit normally in the chair.
