Each notebook features durable Spanish cowhide leather, vegetable-tanned, hand-dyed, cut, and polished in Stamford for a stunning finish. The leather strips complete the look, providing a striking closed fit on the embossed leather button at the front.
Each Traveler's Notebook comes with a beautiful, practical handmade canvas bag with a drawstring. All bags are made in Stamford.
All Stamford notebooks are handcrafted, bound in the workshop in Stamford, by true artisans using traditional techniques and modern equipment – covering all aspects of production, including paper printing, folding, stitching, cutting, and assembling. This also extends to leather products, where we cut, dye, sew, and finish all leather goods by hand.
