I consider it essential for complementing the cleanliness of the teeth and the health of the gums after brushing. I have been using it continuously for thirty years and it needs to be replaced every three years.

Be careful not to pay attention to the positive reviews, that's how I got fooled. The machine is terrible, I've been using dental floss for years and it does not replace it in any way. Especially for my teeth which are tight, it does absolutely nothing, the water at high speed (I laugh—no pressure at all) doesn't even come close to passing between the teeth

The usefulness of these devices is very important. I have been using them for 30 years. However, the material quality and water pressure of the previous models of this company were much better, hence my rating.
