I ordered this model one day ago, and after a short period of use (it could run for 10 minutes or a couple of hours), it shuts off automatically before reaching the desired humidity level. The indicators just stay on, and the app says "offline." I can only reconnect to Wi-Fi by unplugging it. What could be the problem? Is the dehumidifier defective and needs to be returned?
