We're talking about Anker, so I didn't expect anything less.
Very high-quality construction, beautiful and simple design, compact size, good bass, crystal clear sound, lightning-fast connection with Pixel 8 Pro.
Its volume for indoors is more than satisfactory. In outdoor spaces (veranda, garden, etc.), it might need 2-3 clicks more.
For the price I got it at, I think it has no competition.
Don't be fooled by the €60 from Skroutz. I got it for €39 from the official Soundcore Europe site.
I upgraded from the Soundcore 1 to the 3.
This little speaker remains a best buy for the following reasons:
1) Amazing build quality
2) Sound quality (greatly improved compared to the 1)
3) The best battery you will find in a speaker (Anker, after all)
4) Waterproof
5) Now you can connect multiple units together!
It is worth much more than what it costs. Buy without hesitation, it's a little monster
Well, I have had it for about 3 months and I am completely satisfied. I have it with me on an electric work machine and it easily lasts four+ 7.5-hour sessions with the volume at 44% while playing music with Poweramp without any further adjustments. It has a clear sound at low volumes, but as you increase the volume, the bass decreases because it will definitely get distorted.
In a quieter space, like an office for example, it will be audible enough even at lower volumes, which means even more playback time.
Also, I should mention that I was not able to charge it above 1100mAh. With such current, you can expect over 6 hours from completely empty.
Absolutely no comparison with JBL Flip, etc.
Day and night difference.
Anyone expecting to have a room party with an ANKER speaker of this price range, better reconsider.
Also, like all speakers with such long playback time, it is quite heavy due to the battery, and its construction is quite good.
Personally, for the desired volume and the usage I give it, I would definitely buy it again.
Flawless speaker, worth every last euro of its price. In summary:
+ Very good volume
+ Perfect sound quality
+ Very helpful app and bass boost it provides
+ Exceptional build quality
+ Type C and excellent battery (like in all Soundcore products)
Good speaker with powerful and clear sound, especially if you adjust the equalization from the application. It connects very quickly and also, due to Bluetooth 5, you can simultaneously connect it to your mobile and laptop, for example
I have it for 3 years and it's amazing. First of all, the battery lasts a LOT, during vacations I used it every day for at least 3 or 4 hours at medium volume and I charged it weekly.
Then, it's durability, I received it broken and returned it but it doesn't matter because lemons will always exist in all products. Since then, it has been exposed to sun, dust, sweet and saltwater, rust, everything. The front grille fell off due to rust because I take it in the shower, and it's still perfect. It doesn't have charging issues no matter how much water the plug has been exposed to.
Next is the sound, which is quite decent. It's not audiophile, but it has conventionally good sound. The most important thing is that it doesn't have too much bass like every other speaker I've tried. This means that it doesn't boom in the bathroom or closed spaces, it doesn't have any vulnerable part exposed for the subwoofer, so it's less fragile, and finally, it has a very balanced sound that allows you to hear the whole band and not just the bass.
The only complaint is that the Bluetooth occasionally acts up and takes a while to connect, but that's probably due to outdated technology since the speaker is old. If you also look at the Soundcore 3, it's also a good speaker, my friend has it, but it has too much bass and therefore I wouldn't prefer it...
In summary, it's an awesome little speaker with a very good battery life and many features, it will definitely last a long time, I would buy it again if my current one broke.
Very clean sound, but what has impressed me is the battery. I have had it for 1 year and 2 months and I have literally charged it 2 times. It lasts forever!
WARNING: Look for soundcore europe and get it from their own page. It comes under 50€ with shipping.
It broke after 2.5 years of playing at full volume every day, in the heat and the rain. A beast, it doesn't suffer anything. I'm buying it again because there is no equivalent on the market yet from any other company.
The difference in volume from the SoundCore 2 is small, despite being +4W. The sound quality is class superior, you feel the surround effects in the songs directly in your ear. The volume is noticeably lower when listening to Spotify/YouTube, I suggest having downloaded songs for bluetooth speakers in general (I recommend torrents, so you don't pay premiums and don't have to listen to ads).
Unfortunately, it is noticeably heavier. It performs well on battery. It should cost 40€ and not 50€
The speaker is amazing and produces very good sound, considering the proportions. The battery lasts forever. My only objection is the price. I had bought it from the UK in 2016 for 25 pounds (without being on sale). By what logic does it cost 65-70 euros after 6 years?
Το ηχείο είναι καταπληκτικό και βγάζει πολύ καλό ήχο, τηρουμένων των αναλογιών. Η δε μπαταρία κρατάει για... πάντα. Η μόνη μου ένσταση είναι στην τιμή. Το είχα αγοράσει από UK το 2016 στις 25 λίρες (χωρίς να είναι σε προσφορά). Με ποια λογική κοστίζει 65-70 ευρώ μετά από 6 χρόνια;
Purchase 29/6/21
It's worth its money and more. The sound is very clear and the bass is just right (obviously depends on the quality of the song). I have taken it to the beach many times and it has no issues with humidity. Its battery is perfect and you forget to charge it, especially if you use it for a little bit every day. I charge it approximately every 7-10 days with the volume at 40-50% and 2-4 hours of daily use. Plus, it has an application for custom EQ.
Quite good sound quality which, however, distorts at full volume. I would pay double the money for more volume, better quality, and better bass to buy the motion+. Something that I did, as the volume has a significant difference. Also, a disadvantage is that it does not accept a jack cable, which is available in the motion+.
2 full range speakers and 2 passive for bass = 16 watts of true stereo sound in a compact and meticulously designed portable speaker.
The sound quality and volume cannot be compared to the well-known small mono speakers.
Its body is all rubber and rugged. It is IPX7, so it can be used underwater.
At 30% volume, it lasts me 3 days. (I use it for 2-2.5 hours per day. Therefore, I charge it approximately every 10 days with full daily use, while the well-known small speakers require daily charging!)
Its price is superb.
Amazing bluetooth speaker. I have had it for three years and it works like new.
With moderate use, the battery lasts for weeks. At maximum volume, it lasts about a day.
The only problem I have is that if I connect it with a jack cable, it produces interference. However, the bluetooth works perfectly.
Very clear sound and bass.
I highly recommend it without hesitation.
The sound, although not very loud, is sufficient with very good quality. What stands out is its battery, which is unbeatable! With the usage I do, I charged it after a month!!!
18/12/2018: I haven't recharged it and it plays for about 2 hours every day.

Don't be fooled by the €60 from Skroutz. I got it for €39 from the official Soundcore Europe site.

The speaker is amazing and produces very good sound, considering the proportions. The battery lasts forever. My only objection is the price. I had bought it from the UK in 2016 for 25 pounds (without being on sale). By what logic does it cost 65-70 euros after 6 years?
Το ηχείο είναι καταπληκτικό και βγάζει πολύ καλό ήχο, τηρουμένων των αναλογιών. Η δε μπαταρία κρατάει για... πάντα. Η μόνη μου ένσταση είναι στην τιμή. Το είχα αγοράσει από UK το 2016 στις 25 λίρες (χωρίς να είναι σε προσφορά). Με ποια λογική κοστίζει 65-70 ευρώ μετά από 6 χρόνια;
