It is a piece of leather with elastic bands to hold notebooks slightly smaller than A6 in size - e.g. the paper republic notebooks in pocket size and the Moleskine pocket (or the classic tiny ones or the cahier) fit comfortably. That’s all!
You can find something similar at a much better price, of course, but this particular one, beyond doing its job, also develops a VERY beautiful patina - you can see examples on the manufacturer’s page and decide for yourself whether this small "investment" in a dyed piece of leather is worth it for the use you want to make of it.
Personally, I have one that I bought in 2024 and I would not want to part with it for anything.

Μπορείτε να βρείτε κάτι αντίστοιχο σε πολύ καλύτερη τιμή φυσικά απλά το συγκεκριμένο πέρα απο το οτι κάνει τη δουλειά του κάνει και μια ΠΑΡΑ πολύ όμορφη πατίνα - μπορείτε να δείτε παραδείγματα στη σελίδα του κατασκευαστή και να αποφασίσετε με τη σειρά σας εάν αυτή η μικρή "επένδυση" σε ένα βαμμένο κομμάτι δέρμα αξίζει για τη χρήση που θέλετε να κάνετε.
Προσωπικά έχω ένα που αγόρασα το 2024 και δεν θα ήθελα να το αποχωριστώ με τίποτα.
