Applied before the application of plaster, marble plaster, or gypsum plaster, on smooth and non-absorbent surfaces made of cement, extruded polystyrene, iron, etc.

Also used as a primer for smooth surfaces (old tiles, mosaic, marble, etc.) that are to be covered with tiles.
