Rosemary Tea 50gr
Composition: Leaves of the rosemary plant (Rosmarinus Officinalis L.)
Active ingredients: Volatile oil mainly consisting of camphor, borneol, and camphor, rosmarinic acid, flavonoids, triterpenes, saponins, tannin, vitamin C.
Properties: Bitter tonic, cholagogue, antiseptic, diuretic, anti-rheumatic, adaptogenic, nerve tonic, carminative (reduces intestinal gas), strong stimulant of blood circulation, healing, aromatic.
Recommended Use:
- Internally: For colic, dyspepsia, bloating and gastrointestinal disorders, poor digestion, anorexia, liver and kidney diseases, rheumatism, weakness, physical and mental fatigue, body toning.
- Externally: For rheumatism, sprains, joint swelling, body relief.
Dosage:
- Internally: Infusion - add one teaspoon of the herb to 250ml of boiling water. Cover the vessel and let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink 2-3 cups of tea daily, before main meals.
- Externally: Prepare a decoction from one tablespoon of the herb in 250ml of water. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Cover the vessel and let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Apply compresses with the decoction to the affected areas.
Contraindications: Not recommended for pregnant women. Internally, in large quantities (over 15 grams daily), rosemary is toxic, causing gastroenteritis and nephritis. This product is a dietary supplement. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
