Two terroirs prevail on the estate:

  • Sandy-gravelly on the hillsides bordering the Gironde estuary
  • Sandy-clay on the slopes further inland

These soils bring fruitiness and strength to the red wines and all the freshness, the expression of aromas in the white wines.
