    I bought them before I went to the army. They have done many kilometers, when I was a soldier and we did morning exercise running all together in the morning, I used them then and I still use them now when I go for a run. I haven't seen any disadvantage yet. They hold up well for me. I think I will buy them again. The only thing that's happened to them is that the dirt has worn them down. For walking, they are very comfortable. They have a cushion inside that doesn't make your feet hurt when you walk. If needed in the future, I might put in a new insole at some point, but for now it's not necessary. If they were in black color, I think I would wear them for outings, etc. But with the color I bought them in, they are only for sports. I have been using them for over a year.
