The UW18 HMS is a bar designed for training on the upper and lower pulley. You can use it for a whole range of exercises for various muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the front and side deltoid muscles, to the latissimus dorsi and spine.

The grips of the bar are positioned vertically and at an angle, allowing you to change the grip and fully engage the trained muscle, forcing different muscle components to work. The rubber grip provides a secure and comfortable hold, preventing the tool from slipping out of your hands.

The handle is made of high-quality steel, allowing training with significant loads. The UW18 HMS model will allow you to easily and symmetrically develop muscle groups.
