    Breathe life into the Shure SM57!
    It sounds transparent, it didn't color the sound significantly.
    It doesn't have any controls, it takes phantom power and provides +27dB so you can set the gain lower.
    In my Steinberg UR22C, it couldn't drive the microphone particularly well, resulting in the gain being maxed out and producing endless noise.
    Very honest for its price!

    It sounds transparent, it didn't color the sound significantly.
    It doesn't have any controls, it takes phantom power and provides +27dB so you can set the gain lower.
    In my Steinberg UR22C, it couldn't drive the microphone particularly well, resulting in the gain being maxed out and producing endless noise.
    Very honest for its price!
