The book "Forest Law" covers the entire set of legal rules for the protection of the country's forest ecosystems and its forest wealth.
The work aims to fill a research gap and provides the opportunity for a comprehensive and interdisciplinary view of the problem, as well as a closer approach to its most critical aspects.
The study begins with an interdisciplinary reading of the forest, expanding to national and international developments in forest protection. Subsequently, the constitutional framework and the most significant forest laws (e.g., Law 998/1979, Forest Code, etc.) are examined.
It is worth noting that the field of Forest Law is uniquely co-examined with Environmental Law, Spatial and Urban Planning Law, as well as Construction Law. In any case, the legal relationship concerning forests forms the basis of Forest Law. This is primarily a concept of Public Law. In this context, recent case law and the interpretation of the vast forest legislation are examined.
The subjects of this book include the law:
- of forest classification,
- of Forest Maps,
- of interventions in forest ecosystems,
- of forest ownership.
