Wood cutting saw blade 350x30mm with 30 teeth made of Widia. Manufactured from thermally improved carbon steel 50# and tungsten carbide YG8. Blade hardness 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees). Blade geometry GS with a tilt angle of 10 degrees. The metal disc cut with a laser enhances the rigidity of the saw.
The powder-sintered carbide HM provides a long service life and the ability for repeat sharpening. The blade geometry and the shape of the GS10 plate allow for optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain. By increasing the number of teeth, smooth cutting surfaces are achieved.
Suitable for industrial applications using power tools, ideal for cutting soft and hardwood, MDF, and drywall. Maximum rotation speed 3,200 RPM. It is recommended that the cutting blade protrudes by 3/3 of its height above the thickness of the material being cut during the cutting process.
