The Artpol wood cutting blade with a diameter of 250 mm has 30 teeth and alternating bevel GS10 geometry. It is suitable for cross-cutting softwood and hardwood, wood-based materials, fibreboard and plasterboard, and can also be used for rip-cutting. The tooth geometry is particularly suitable for dry wood and smooth finishes.
The blade is made of 50# carbon steel and YG8 tungsten carbide, with an edge hardness of 85 HRc (±2) and a 10° cutting angle. Its laser-cut construction helps reduce stress under high loads and temperatures, while the HM carbide allows repeated sharpening. It is not intended for cutting concrete, bricks, terracotta, ceramics, plexiglass, plastics, metals or wood-based composite materials.
