The Artpol wood-cutting disc has a diameter of 230 mm and 30 teeth. It is made from 50# carbon steel and YG8 tungsten carbide. Its GS10 geometry, with alternating bevelled teeth and a 10° rake angle, is suitable for cross-cutting. The HM carbide allows repeated sharpening, while laser-cut slots help reduce stress under high-load and high-temperature conditions.

It is used for softwood and hardwood, wood-based materials, fibreboard and plasterboard, as well as for rip-cutting. The higher tooth count helps produce smooth surfaces, especially in dry wood. The bore is 30 mm, and reducers for 16, 20, 22.2 and 25.4 mm bores are included. The maximum rotational speed is 4,900 rpm.
