The Artpol wood-cutting blade, with a diameter of 230 mm, has 40 teeth and alternating bevelled GS10 tips, suitable for cross-cutting and a smooth finish, particularly in dry wood. It is made of 50# carbon steel and YG8 tungsten carbide, with a cutting-edge hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2st) and a 10st rake angle. Its laser-cut metal construction reduces stress under high-load and high-temperature conditions, while the HM carbide allows repeated sharpening.

It is suitable for softwood and hardwood, wood-based materials, fibreboard and plasterboard, as well as rip-cutting. It is not intended for concrete, bricks, terracotta, ceramics, plexiglass, plastics, ferrous or non-ferrous metals, or wood-based composite materials. The cutting edge is recommended to protrude by one-third of its height.
