The YAKIMASPORT SLAM BALL is a high-strength ball made of thick soft rubber, filled with synthetic sand, designed to be slammed forcefully to the ground. It is used during intense Crossfit training. It is made entirely of rubber, which makes it more practical than leather versions, where stitches often break.

The ball is waterproof, allowing for training outdoors as well. The combination of specially selected rubber with sand filling prevents the ball from bouncing off the ground. The surface of the ball has protrusions shaped in a non-slip tread for better grip, ensuring precision of movement and comfort during dynamic exercises.
