Good product, of course it doesn't have a stop, so you can't keep your feet steady. I made a little fix with two pieces of wood diagonally at the corners, so I locked it that way to make it stable

It replaced an IKEA one that passed away. It seems very sturdy so far and is convenient. Also, the way it has support points (both at the edges and in the middle) gives me the impression of a solid construction!

For years I was using a footrest from IKEA, and I got used to it breaking every 3 years and replacing it. Having changed 3 by now, I decided to try something else, ideally cheaper than the 20 euros my old one costs now. It is well made, much sturdier than the IKEA one, it doesn't have gears for height adjustment, but the mechanism is separate from the legs. With pressure, the angle changes and it requires more force than my old one (that's a good thing). The surface is also supported in the middle, while many footrests only support it at the edges. At 16 euros, it was a good purchase, especially if it lasts 2-3 years as well.

Very good construction. The plastic seems like it will last over time. I weigh 104 kilos. The only negative I find, which kept it at 4 stars, is that it doesn't stay stable at the angle you place it. So when you put your feet on it, it falls. Perhaps someone lighter may not experience the same issue. Personally, I have added a piece of wood across the holes from end to end to make it stable

  • Very nice footrest with sturdy construction, nice design, but I would like a little better rubber pads on the base so it doesn't slide on the floor too easily!
