Σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές ναι. Εγώ πρόσφατα το χρησιμοποίησα με χρώματα νερού πλαστικό και ακρυλικό και έμεινα αρκετά ικανοποιημένος. Γεγονός είναι ότι καταναλώνεις πολύ περισσότερο χρώμα από το ρολό και το πινέλο.
