• Add ground coffee to the cone-shaped filter without pressing it down.

• Once the water boils, the extraction will begin, providing you with hot and fresh coffee.

Its operation is based on steam pressure, similar to that of an espresso machine, although the pot generates much less pressure, usually 2 to 3 bar. The coffee you use should be ground slightly coarser than the grind used for espresso machines.
