Marina makes a beautiful effort to show parents and children how to emotionally unwind in a simple, illustrated way based on EFT, the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). She is very dedicated to this, alongside her teaching work, and endeavors with every possible means and a unique passion to spread it within the educational community. I hope both the book and her endeavor find a great response.

With her project, Marina Kouttra manages to convey the meaning of EFT from a new perspective. I never considered my meeting with her to be coincidental, and it was a great pleasure for me to collaborate with her. I confidently anticipate that this book will touch whoever happens to cross its path.

Marina offers educators a book that can be used to nurture students' curiosity and knowledge in social and emotional skills. As Marina's allegory for children unfolds, students have opportunities to think about how our unprocessed emotions may influence our behaviors towards other people. Through the empathetic character, Thodoros, an introduction to certain points of EFT is made in a way that models the self-observation required for greater coherence in the classroom. The book serves as a valuable tool to support the good psychosocial condition of individuals at school.
