I have seen a big difference on my forehead. Unfortunately, I have hormonal acne and I keep getting pimples, so I can’t really tell very well whether it removes the marks. I’ve been using it for a month now, morning and night, but I will keep sticking with it because I’ve heard it takes time to work. Anyway, it absorbs well for me; if you apply a thicker layer, it gives more hydration and it really is moisturizing. On my forehead I noticed the marks have diminished, but on the rest of my face I’m not sure about that. On my lips it has helped me with cheilitis because it moisturizes them properly. At night I put a thick layer on my lips and by morning it has absorbed it. I’m just waiting to see whether the marks from the old pimples will disappear…. Otherwise, I think it really is a cream worth trying.

I do not recommend it for oily skin, it makes the skin oily, but I only trust La Roche Posay because I use heavy creams for acne...

The sides of my nose have been cracked and irritated for years. To the point where I had accepted that "this is how my skin is now." I have been applying the cream morning and night for 1 month. It is still pink, but now it is almost not irritated at all. That's it.

Very hydrating. I use it after rethinoid at night so I wake up fully hydrated.

Very heavy and not particularly effective for daily use. Nothing like the gel that works wonders... With one 'but': on truly distressed skin from treatments that burn and dry it out, there it also works wonders!

The first one with niacinamide suited me better, but I can understand the hydration that the new one wants to provide.

Perfect, I love it, I have married it. If it existed in a tank with a pump, I would buy it. I have atopic dermatitis, I have been buying it for 7 years now and my skin cannot tolerate anything else. It is truly regenerative and healing. It doesn't solve the problem for me, but it soothes it, which for me is still something, especially with that terrible itch I had!!!

I have dry skin and actually have seborrheic dermatitis! I have only two spots on my face where I apply other products that are specific (now with the cicaplast I don't use them as often)! I simply notice that cicaplast helps me because it is regenerating and has aloe, while other creams make it worse! I wear it only at night after my serum, because it is a bit heavy cream and doesn't absorb immediately, and in the morning I put something light! However, when I wake up the feeling is perfect! I think if you have acne issues you shouldn't get it, but look into it! I don't have acne-prone skin!

A cream that helps in the regeneration of the skin on the face and wherever else you use it. Although I have oily skin, it sits well on the face, especially in winter. It requires a little attention when applying. A product at a very good price that really does a great job!!!

It is a heavy cream and requires a small amount. Good application for absorption. I used it on the baby for rashes on the face along with the corresponding soap and it did the job. The soap is also necessary.

I have rosacea which worsens terribly with the sun but also with many of the creams available. Generally, it's hard for my skin to tolerate anything. This cream does not cause me redness and satisfactorily prevents the sun from worsening the condition.

It is a cream that I buy again and again as it has saved my skin in combination with liquid vitamin C. It is a bit heavy on the skin but absorbs relatively quickly, especially if you apply the vitamin C before.

Very good regenerating cream! My dermatologist recommended it to me after fractional laser. I apply it sparingly because it leaves a greasy feeling. I am very satisfied and I recommend it for these regeneration cases. Now, for deeper scars, I don't know...

After several months of use, it does what it promises, my acne marks are almost nonexistent, and in combination with tretinoin, it is a fantastic combination. It does not clog pores, and it is no coincidence that the doctor at the dermatology clinic where I work recommends it after treatments, etc.

Excellent cream, only for nighttime use. I have combination skin prone to acne and I no longer have any dryness and my skin feels incredibly hydrated. I also use it on my elbows where I have dryness. It is simply amazing!!

First time I rush to rate a product so quickly! I bought it because I generally like this company and I had heard everyone talking about this product. So I said let me get it to have it at home for irritations, etc. The same day it arrived, I happened to have some big pimples on my neck after shaving. This doesn't happen often btw. I decided to try it at night and applied it without expecting much. The next day I woke up and they had almost (not to say completely) disappeared! I didn't expect such quick results! I applied it again the next night and today I woke up and they are completely gone!
