Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and smooth, free from dust, oils, or any decayed materials.
Application
The product is well mixed before use. It is applied in two coats with a road marking machine, roller, brush, or spray gun with a dilution of 5-10% with Spray Gun Solvent T 350 or Nitro Solvent T 400. It should not be applied at temperatures lower than 5 °C, higher than 35 °C, and/or relative humidity above 80%. The glass beads are evenly spread after application, before the paint dries. For 1 Kg of paint, 300-400 gr of glass beads are added. The product is touch dry in 10-20 minutes and can be re-coated after 2-4 hours, depending on the application thickness. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature).
The tools are cleaned immediately after use with Spray Gun Solvent T 350.
