    The membrane is incredibly good, it is larger than the baking tray so that it also forms walls to hold liquid inside and bake in the oven without the liquids spilling into the tray at all.

    Absolutely nothing sticks, it cleans very easily and I am saved from the "non-stick" paper which sometimes, if the mixture is very wet, would get soaked and then would not come off at all and the paper would tear.

    It costs as much as a roll of non-stick paper, which for us would run out every month, so it's economical too.

    I will definitely get a few more so that each one can be used for its own purpose, e.g. one for sweets, another for savory foods, another for meats that might leave a smell (e.g. goat). Not that I smell anything on the membrane, I just wouldn't want there to be the slightest chance, so I will get more.
