As for the construction, it seems to be an expensive product, sturdy and elegant, not heavy but not flimsy either. It has a program for the first 14 brushings for electric toothbrush users to be at a relaxed intensity which then increases and smoothly reaches higher levels for significantly better results.

Also, the built-in timer is useful for calculating how long you should spend on each section of your teeth. (They recommend one minute for each jaw, 30 seconds for the left side, 30 seconds for the right side, both inside and outside of each jaw. So you calculate about 15 seconds for the inside of the teeth and another 15 seconds for the outside. You do this on your own because the toothbrush will notify you with a brief pause in vibration at 30 seconds. Therefore, in those thirty seconds, you do each section inside and outside.)

It is my first electric toothbrush. I don't have experience with others, but I had clear advice from a dentist to buy a sonicare in the price range of 40-60€. At 46€, this machine is ideal, I think. From the first uses, I felt the difference. I regret leaving years to pass using cheap brushes. Easy to use, with a timer to clean each section of the teeth in a specific time, although it is not necessary. If you want, you can use it without a timer. REFRESH! Happy May Day! After 5 months of use, I lowered my rating from 5 to 3 stars. The reason is that in terms of its performance in teeth cleaning, it is a really good toothbrush, I have no complaints! However, suddenly on May Day, the machine started making a strange loud and annoying noise, which comes from the mechanism and not from the detachable brush head. I am waiting to see what the store where I bought it and the representative will tell me. I am very disappointed. Besides the noise, it also has a malfunction, as when you press the brush slightly on the teeth, it makes small interruptions as if the mechanism is struggling. I hope a solution for repair or replacement is found so that I don't waste my money. However, I have already lost my trust in this model.

Refresh! I was informed that the toothbrush has a problem and in this case, it cannot be repaired but replaced with a new one. Therefore, they will give me a new one. However, my complaint in this process is that Philips charges me for the shipping costs, both for sending it and receiving it, something that BROWN does completely free of charge for its Oral B toothbrushes. And don't tell me to go and get it myself from the representative because the inconvenience and the cost of gasoline to go and return will be more expensive! Therefore, this is something that counts negatively for me in my impressions of Philips.
