It contains 25% conditioning agents and lipids to nourish and soften the hair. The standard range is mixed in a 1:1 ratio with Welloxon Perfect, while the Special Blonde shades are mixed in a 1:2 ratio. For Special Blonde shades, mix 1 part hair color with 2 parts Welloxon Perfect 9% or 12%.
