Hitori Goto finally steps into the spotlight, bringing with her the unpleasant anxiety about making friends! Hitori just wants to form friendships, but the idea of approaching a stranger on her own makes her so nervous that she spent her entire middle school life teaching herself to play guitar, achieving moderate (but anonymous) success on YouTube, hoping to appear "cool" enough for someone to approach her. After her guitar presence at school fails to generate any interest, Hitori is ready to retreat into herself... but then Nijika Ijichi finds her sulking in a playground and asks her to replace the self-absorbed guitarist of her band for their first live performance!
