The magazines published in the last century by the first generation of 'exchanged' Greeks of Pontus serve as unique and reliable sources of information about the history and daily life in Asia Minor Pontus.

Their pages recorded and thus preserved and disseminated the language, literature, and folklore. Additionally, they documented the work of notable personalities of the era, as well as the difficult conditions of settling in new homelands.

Among these magazines are the rare Pontian Fylia, which have been hard to find for years.
