    4 because the main drawback is that the company does not clearly state the chemical forms of the minerals (e.g. whether the magnesium is citrate/glycinate or oxide, whether the zinc is picolinate/bisglycinate, etc.), something important for bioavailability and absorption. Also, 1000 folic acid is probably unnecessary for daily use. It would be better if it had less, 400 to 600 μg, and more of something else like magnesium or Q10.
    Overall, though, a very good value-for-money choice, but with room for improvement in the information about the raw materials. With these changes, it would become one of the top products on the market.
