Milk Thistle Tincture 50ml

The milk thistle tincture is made by soaking the herb in an alcoholic solution for 4-6 weeks, allowing its active constituents to dissolve. It contains the same active compounds as the dried herb milk thistle (Carduus marianus). The seeds and roots of the plant are used for therapeutic purposes.

  • Contains flavonoid glycosides, essential oil, malic acid salts, potassium nitrate, bitter constituents, and mucilage.
  • Supports proper bile function by increasing secretion and flow from the liver and gallbladder.
  • Useful in cases such as jaundice, hepatitis, and gallstones.
  • Considered a good hemostatic agent for nosebleeds, heavy menstruation, and wounds.

These tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb and are natural. The recommended dosage is 1ml (approximately 20 drops) daily. They are not recommended for consumption during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
