Players cannot rearrange their hand and have the option to skip their turn to take a card from the current high set of cards in their hand. The cards are double-registered, with different values on each half of the card, and the 45 cards include all possible combinations of the numbers 1-10.
During setup, the player shuffling the cards should randomly shuffle the order and orientation of the cards. Once players have taken their hand, they keep it without rearranging any of the cards. If they wish, they can rotate their entire hand to use the values on the other side of each card, but still cannot rearrange the order of the cards.
