Pau d' Arco comes from the bark of the Tabebuia impetiginosa tree, which thrives in the Amazon forests of South Brazil. Also known as Ipe Roxo, Lapacho, or Taheebo, it has a rich content of quinones such as naphthoquinones and anthraquinones.
It is known for its contribution to a healthy immune response, providing protection against bacteria, fungi, and microbes. It has detoxifying, antibiotic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
