Amazing cream for atopic dermatitis; within 3-4 applications (in combination with the body wash), the little bumps disappeared from the baby's skin.
The downside is that it doesn't smell nice at all.

I was scared by the comments mentioning an unpleasant smell to the point that I hesitated to buy it. But it really has nothing to do with that! The cream is practically odorless! Honestly, I don't know if the comments refer to another product or if they have changed the cream's formula by now… anyway, the one I bought doesn't smell. A pediatrician recommended it for our 3-month-old baby because of a tendency toward atopic skin and dry skin. It is very moisturizing. I will come back after we have used it for a while to see if it actually works.

It smells awful like oil in which you have fried fish! At first I thought it was expired but it is not! It didn't work for hydration either, it's not worth even a euro.

So, during my pregnancy I developed some intense red marks that made me itch.. I gave birth and with the cream they gradually disappeared.. there was quite a bit left though so I used it on my heels which were in terrible condition!! The skin was completely dry and I had something like small cracks, I was upset that my feet were like that and I started using this... now my soles are just like my baby's, unbelievable!!!!!!
I gave one less star because of the smell...

Very good cream, it does its job well but the smell is unbearable. All the clothes smell like eggs and the smell doesn't go away after one wash, it takes 2-3. At first, when you put it on, it doesn't smell much, but after 1-2 hours it smells very strong.

I have acne around my eyes and quite a bit of dry skin, I had tried another product from Avene and it didn't work, however this cream was recommended to me by a dermatologist, it did a good and effective job.

My little one has severe atopic dermatitis on her face, hands, legs, and neck. She is 2 years old. This is one of the best we have tried. However, the smell made me stop using it. It smells like rotten eggs. It's disgusting. You hold the child in your arms and she stinks. You can't stand it if it needs to be applied all over the body. You can't ignore the smell. It constantly smells like something rotten.

Our doctor recommended it for my mother who has wounds and itching due to medication that causes psoriasis symptoms. Truly, with the first application, we saw a difference. The itching was not eliminated but significantly reduced and the wound almost disappeared.

Very good cream, from the first day it did the job

It is definitely a good cream and somewhat soothed the dermatitis in the corner of my eye, but unfortunately, it has an unpleasant smell, like eggs, especially in the summer. My problem is dry eyes both internally and in the corners of my eyes. It was recommended to me by a dermatologist. Applying it to the edges of the eyes was difficult to avoid getting it in the eye, where it was irritating. I think it is a good cream, especially for other areas. I bought it for my dry and itchy skin, after a pharmacist's recommendation. In my case, it didn't work - it neither relieves the itchiness nor is moisturizing enough for dryness.

I bought the cream after my child developed atopic dermatitis following an antibiotic treatment. I use it on damp skin and since then, there is no itching or flare-ups.
I also use it on the eczema I have on my hand for years. I had intense itching and skin peeling. The treatments from dermatologists did not have the desired result. I use it morning and night and the eczema has disappeared and the area is fully moisturized. I wouldn't change it for anything.

It smells like eggplant, even on clothes! I cuddled my little one and my shirt smelled like eggplant! But... we tried everything and it's the only one that made my baby's skin soft and without redness again!

Along with the Avene cleansing oil, it helped and continues to help my little one with their atopic dermatitis. I have been using it for 2 years, it greatly reduces the flakes, relieves the itchiness, and leaves their skin soft and moisturized.

We bought it for our baby's eczema on his face. It smelled strange and left a sticky residue on his cheeks. The problem is that it didn't work no matter how many times I applied it. On the other hand, I tried the Mustela sample they gave me 1-2 times and his cheeks became very soft and odorless. Avene is good, but not in this product.

While it is a good product, its smell is unbearable. It stinks on the body for many hours. It's a shame. I would have liked it to be simply odorless.

For hard skin, it softens it. The doctor said morning and evening constantly and I had good results (for feet, especially toes)

I buy it continuously for the last 3-4 years!!! It perfectly restores the skin after eczema outbreaks. However, I apply it daily. As for the eczema, they have disappeared completely. I also bought it for my mother for some swelling in her ankles and dermatitis after using cortisone. The result is amazing in 4 months with intensive nightly application and in the morning the milder greasiness of bepanthol.
