The Olympus Single mouthguard consists of a layer of vinyl suitable for oral hygiene. It is semi-hard for proper protection and fit.

Fitting instructions:

• Fill a container with water and bring the water to a boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source and let it cool for 45 seconds.
• Place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds. Do not exceed the heating time.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a spoon.
• Cool the mouthguard under a tap for one second to make it comfortable to wear.
• Place the mouthguard on the upper teeth. Bite firmly, suck strongly, and use your fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard onto the teeth and gums from the lips and cheeks (continue for 20 seconds).
• Remove the mouthguard and let it cool under the tap for 30 seconds. Reposition it in the mouth to test its fit.

Attention: Do not chew the mouthguard to prevent it from losing its fit and durability.
