IT IS NOT WATERPROOF, IT CAN WITHSTAND A FEW DROPS BUT THAT'S IT. YOU CANNOT WASH IT IN THE WASHING MACHINE. IT REQUIRES SPECIAL CLEANING, PREFERABLY DRY CLEANING. IT IS ALSO BEAUTIFUL!
