The Konnwei 8621 car diagnostic scanner connects via cable and supports all 10 OBDII test modes on compatible vehicles for diagnostic checks. It retrieves generic P0, P2, P3 and U0 codes, manufacturer-specific P1, P3 and U1 codes, as well as pending codes, and helps identify the cause of the check engine light (MIL). It can also turn off the light, clear codes and reset monitors.

The colour LCD and bright LED indicators provide visual feedback, while the built-in speaker also gives an audible alert to verify readiness. The device displays live PCM and sensor data, O2 sensor and EVAP system test data, as well as freeze-frame data. It features a DTC lookup library, troubleshooting tips and real-time battery voltage monitoring.
